All orders are prepared, packaged and posted within 1-5 business days, from our Studio in beautiful Bali, Indonesia. 

Please allow between 5-20 business days for your package to arrive, from date of shipment. 

Australian orders are posted with DHL Express. 

USA and rest of the world are posted with DHL Express.

* WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR GOVERNMENT IMPORT TAX AND DUTY. * Orders shipped internationally may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region. (Parcels not collected from Customs, will be treated as abandoned. No refunds, or credit notes will be granted.)

EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

All Pre Order and Made to Order Garments are final, no exchanges or refunds. Made to Order garments can not be cancelled. 

Due to our limited inventory we currently do not offer SIZE or STYLE exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return the original purchase for a refund within the correct timeframe and place a new order.

All returned shipping costs, are the responsibility of the customer.

1.   We offer Refunds for faulty items ONLY, all other returns will be offered an online Credit note.

2.   All Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3.   The items must be in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached.

4.   The items have not been worn, damaged or washed. With no animal or human hair attached.

5.   You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods.

6.  PRE-ORDERS and Made to Order items are FINAL SALE, and not eligible for exchange or return.

7.  Orders purchased on discount, including Sale, Welcome Codes, and AfterPay are FINAL SALE

8. Orders that include PRE ORDER Styles will be shipped once all items are ready.

  

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

All Returns are sent to our Australian Business address. 

To apply for a return, please email us at hello@onefable.com with your original order details as well as the reason as to why you wish to return your purchase.

Upon receiving the item, we will assess the items and if it satisfies our requirements we will offer a credit note. If the item/s do not satisfy our requirements the items will be sent back to the recipient at their cost. 

One Fable does not accept responsibility for customer sent packages. It is advised that the customers should select a service that provides tracking.
