Please contact us via hello@onefable.com with your reason for a return BEFORE sending it via post.

Once your refund has been confirmed via email please send us the tracking details. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund.

 

AFTERPAY: Orders purchased with After Pay are only eligible for a store credit.

 

EXCHANGES: Due to the limited nature of our pieces, If you would like a different size or item, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for a refund.

RETURN SHIPPING:*** Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via trackable method for peace of mind.

RETURN CONDITIONS: All orders need to be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please add your order number and full name in the satchel.

For International returns please notify us by email the intended return once received. 

The items need to be returned in the original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached.  We will NOT except items with makeup marks, or animal hair on them.

 

RETURN PROCESS: *** Upon receipt of the items, they will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.

We endeavour to process refunds daily but please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive email notification when your return has been processed.
