Shipping:

  • Free shipping on orders above 250$ Aud (via DHL Express).
  • Orders under 250$ are shipped at a flat rate off 11$ Aud.
  • Customers are responsible for all import taxes and duties.
  • Pre order styles ship approximately 3 weeks from purchase.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Full price items are eligible for a store credit within 14 days of delivery, if returned in original condition.
  • Sale items, orders purchased with discount codes, and pre-orders are final sale.

Exchanges:

  • We offer size exchanges for a 25$ flat fee, which covers the cost of getting your new size to you from Bali.

Faulty items:

  • Faulty items are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
